Their beards must look delicious! My Ameraucana looks just like this. The other chickens preen/pluck her poor beard.
you have more than one incubator now silly! Be waiting at the store for the bault in the morning then go pick up the quail eggs you silly Texan. You have to get overwhelmed with eggs & where to put them, then the rest is a breeze. When ever I feel like going to pick them up.
I am waiting to decide...waiting to see if this week's balut eggs are going to be 'good' or not.

Wow, you are understandably excited!!yes, had a nice long talk about his lavender line (beautiful but out of my price range $90 a dozen) and the new line he is working on, Silver marans. He has beautiful marans and ships all over the country, he gave me 14 eggs for the price of 12, because when he ships he always adds two extra, just in case. I thought that was really nice since he wasn't shipping to me, I was picking them up myself. He is the guy who collected $7,000 on facebook for PR and also sent chicks to PR free of charge last fall. Just a very nice man. Interesting internet site Cypress Duck Farm, if anyone is interested. So eggs go under the hens tonight after dark when we can move hens with little or no problems. Thanks for asking. I am really excited.![]()
Thank you, just waiting for dark now.Wow, you are understandably excited!!
I hope they turn into wonderful birds for you.![]()
