I fixed a boneless leg of lamb!
Made hubby a grilled Swiss cheese and lamb sandwich...only way he will eat lamb.

Shampooed the living room and master bedroom carpets today. Then it rained and the dogs came in with soiled feet grabbed them quick...just two spots to clean.

We have been having cold rainy nights the past several days and will be 20s in the morning. I have heat lamps in the well house and over the faucet in the barn.
This morning I found an older hen that died in the hen house in the barn and a rooster that died in the butcher pen. Adequate housing for both, but rooster decided to sleep on the roof of his coop inside the closed run...got chilled from the rain last night
Chicks are hatching under a good broody today in the hen house.

We don't eat a lot of soup down here because it's just too hot.

my sister got me an air fryer it's awesome I like doing wings in it then fold them in sauce. It's real good with the inner crunch.
Nah no deep fryer I use a cast iron pot to deep fry in

Mex had to do something in the attic so he got the Christmas stuff down while he was up there.
I'm not about to look at bins just piled up for weeks...so I started decorating.
