My brother got mugged in Boston and got the bleep beaten out of him when he was going to college at Northeastern University. They stole his wallet, which only had credit cards in it and a debit card. This was 17 years ago.

A lady that was probably 80 years old found his wallet and returned it to him. She found him using his student ID.

Oh wow that’s awful!! Glad he’s okay!!

I don’t think that stuff is very common though, at least not now, maybe was worse then, idk. But I’m sure like muggings and stuff do happen but overall a pretty safe city compared to like the other ones. Like not a lot of murders and stuff I don’t think. And I’m sure most if not all cities have muggings and stuff. But I usually feel pretty safe there.

I go to tons of concerts and stuff so there at night a lot.

Now, I will say, I’m not sure I’d feel as safe in Worcester or RI. Been to a venue in Worcester a few times and it’s definitely a lot more sketchy haha I wouldn’t go by myself.

And RI I’ve only been once during the day but heard lots of horror stories lol

St Louis is also notorious among musicians for having your gear stolen, van/trailer broken into, etc. know of tons of bands it has happened to. Even my brother had his car broken into in St. Louis. He’s not a musician or anything though haha but robberies/cars being broken into are very common there

There are a lot of cities that I've been through that are quite sketchy I know that there's one in Connecticut too.

I used to go to Boston medical when I lived in New Hampshire.
