➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

Here's one...for twice the price.

Sometimes people give them away.

Glad not all of them are cheap! I was gonna say I’m really jealous haha

The price seems to fluctuate here too. Sometimes people ask crazy high amounts and sometimes it’s super cheap.

Most are least $150 or $200 though though I recently saw some for $75 and $100 but we missed them :( but then crazy people ask like $350 or $400 :lau

usually those are for bigger kennels though but not always.

Then there’s this guy selling per panel for $125  :th

He apparently has tons/a business cause the ad has been up a very long time.

If you are 1) patient, 2) quick when they post and 3) willing to drive an hour one way, then yes, $100 kennels are out there. Houston is large and I live on the opposite side of town from the rich folks who give stuff away.

Anything is possible.

Thanks!! That makes a lot of sense!! Seems similar to here. Most people ask crazy amounts but there was just someone listing several for $75 but we didn’t have a trailer or car that could tow it. :(

They hatched??? I read about 90 pages...then skimmed the next 100+ pages...well maybe 200 more...only to find out they died...and that was day 4??? I laughed and laughed and laughed...until I cried.:hit (Oh, and sorry if I don't have the right punctuation. Are ... okay? :lau)

So now I think you are telling me experiment #2 actually worked and Balut eggs hatched into ducklings? I need to read another few hundred pages? Oy! Been reading for a couple hours! :th
Kiki wasn't kidding about how long it'll take. I think I read for about a month before I caught up & could join in the conversation.

I have a 10x10 chain link kennel I'd prolly give away. Only because it's not the panel type it's the build a frame and wrap it with rolled chain link that tangles and has to be wrapped with wire to the top and bottom while trying to stretch it enough to make it all the way around. Dont ever get this kind
