What about ideas for leftover ham?

Besides red beans and rice.

Get a bottle of pecan whisky, moonshine or bourbon is fine.
Chop ham up & pour whisky over ham. Cook until sticky.
Delicious.

You'll have to fight purple minion She gobbled everything up so fast! My dogs are all happy because we have an area rug in front of the fireplace. Our pit mixs butt always slides on the floor when she tries to sit. She slept on the rug last night!

Libby can’t get close enough to the fireplace (or the wood stove)!! If she could I’m pretty sure she would get IN it!!! SIL bought them both these like vests/jacket/coat/blanket things for Christmas and Libby wouldn’t let her take hers off.

I make a lasagna like dish thats probly too unhealthy for you but...

Layering the turkey, slightly crumbled doritos, cheese, and a creme sauce which can be comprised of cream of celery, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, all togther or pick and choose what you want. This dish is perfect for us but i dont eat healthy.

Really, it wasnt the plan but you can make it work with some elbow greese. when i decided to go get it we thought we'd be able to pull it apart to panels and stack it like a kennel would do. Wouldve never gone back togther though and was only like a 10 min ride.

Turkey Tetrazzini. Someone on the "Show us your yum" thread mentioned it, so I'm trying it for the first time this year. Making it tonight if we get home in time from shopping.
