Canadian bacon is an American thing. We don't have it here.

Canadian bacon isn't the same as ham... It's like ham, but is it a cut off of pork loin.

And there's nothing Canadian about it

I actually didn’t even know Canadian bacon was a real thing. I think I’ve just heard it mentioned in movies a couple times or something and figured it was just ham or just a joke or something.

You guys have amazing maple syrup though. I love maple sugar too.

When I was a kid we used to go to Canada to eat a ploye breakfast. I used to slice maple sugar and put it in them My father is french canadian, he speaks it too. I understand some of it, but not much!

Maple syrup is amazing!! We have a lot of real maple syrup right now but I’m trying not to eat that stuff so it’s just sitting in there haha

I used to have a shepherd mix that loved hot. Supposedly one of the tricks to discourage digging is to sprinkle cayenne pepper over the area. She had it snuffled up before it even hit the ground.

I had an Airedale that wanted whatever I was eating or preparing. I gave her some cut up fresh jalapeno and she came back wanting more.

I got mine at the grocery store but it is real maple syrup and from New England. I like going up to the actual states though and buying it directly from the shacks or whatever haha

I was actually just going to text my brother to ask him if he would be able to get me maple sugar and send it to me. He lives up near Caribou Maine and knows people who make it. I'm not sure when it is in season though, I think it's in the fall... Pretty sad that I don't even remember

She's smart! I hope mine never tries to get out because I am sure the cat would love to eat him!
