What kind of ducks do you have? NormaJean is a Rouen and is 25 weeks old, so just a smidge over 6 months old. I really didn't expect her to start laying until closer to springtime so it was a total shock to find the egg today.

I have Pekin and a chocolate muscovy. They're 15 weeks old.

I have a bunch of the bantam buff variety now. One of them is in the 2020 calendar.

I used to have Pekin.. they turned out to be males and went to freezer camp. We thought about getting Muscovy. I saw a beautiful chocolate Muscovy that someone had here on this site. It was during one of the photo contests. She was gorgeous. I bet yours is too. Since yours are still so young, yeah, you'll be waiting until springtime. But it will be here before you know it!

I just got 3 months free of Kindle unlimited, I think I told you about that... I'm thinking about buying a Kindle Paperwhite with Christmas money. The Kindle I have now is from 2011, it works but it's so heavy. I lean it on a pillow to read because if I hold it too long, it hurts my hand

I have a Kindle somewhere around here. I've had it for quite a few yrs so it's not new. I don't know where it got put up to. I use to read books on it as well. My reading goes in spurts. I'll get in a reading frenzy and it's all I will want to do and then I will take a break from it. How long of a break varies. I'm in a bit of a drought here lately but I do love to read.

Not sure whether feathers are stuck up on her head here she does it when the pekins annoy her or something irritates her. Maybe I was annoying her with pics
