I disagree haha. I have a soft spot for naming animals "human" names. I also like uncommon human names (within reason).
I would seriously consider naming a child Theia if it wasn't my dog.. and I had a child.
For what it's worth I love the name Patrick for a dog. Luna is a cute girl's name too.

I do think it can be cute sometimes!!
And honestly Theia is a great name!! Except now it’s your dog.
And honestly I think you’re right. Patrick does have a nice ring to it.... and has infinite nicknames.... Pat, Patty, Patty Cake, Rick, Ricky, pat pat, PATRICK!! when I’m mad, etc....

may have to use this!! But then I can’t use it on my kid or else that’d be a little weird.
“Mommy why am I named after the dog!?”
Same for if I used Luna. It is a pretty name. But I think for a girl I’d go something a little more traditional but idk.
Non traditional can be really cute too. Most of my cousin’s kids are very non traditional.
Now you have me wanting to use non traditional names for both the kids and the animals lol
I tend not to be very creative with names.
I need to be more creative.
I almost named my dog Mason but I was overruled by my son and hubby.

So he became Buster.
Awww Mason is a cute name!!
Umm my lizard has her own last name. That earns you a few odd looks at the vet’s office
Not that many. Currently at our house we have 2 dogs, 2 ferrets, 1 bearded dragon, and 1 leopard gecko.
When I got married I "left" some of my animals with my parents for various reasons. Two dogs, my cat, and my chickens live on my parents property.
That’s a lot!!
I’m jealous you have so many dogs!! I want at least 3-5 eventually haha
But for now I’ll just be happy to get one.
I miss having a dog.
Currently I have 4 goldfish, 2 betta fish, a cat, and 20 chickens if you count the babies

She doesn't share your last name?
She has her own special name!
Nope. Tad Cooper was the full name of the TV dragon, so it is her full name too
Plus your last name, right!? Cooper is totally her middle name.
