Ah you can do it! Home-made won't have all the chemical preservatives.
4 kinds of meat (1 piece of each), a medium beet, rice, 1/4 cup whole corn meal, 1 large egg, 1 Tbs flaxseed flour, water and dog vitamin...maybe a biotin tablet and liquid vitamin E.
Fine chop the raw meat, add the other ingredients except the vitamin.
Cover with distilled water to 3 inch above ingredients. Boil or pressure cook until tender. Cool down and run thru your food processor.
Mix in crushed vitamin and biotin.
Use an ice cube tray or dollop on cookie tray. Freeze.

Also use a ceramic bowl or a stainless steel bowl to feed. Plastic can cause a rash. I used to breed Chihuahuas...had 19 at one time.

Kelsey on this front i wanna remember to tell you put up a flyer at your TSC is another sales option. Only got a few sales from that but since u only have the one clutch.... also, if your coop is in order? i wouldnt keep a rooster from the hatchery clutch, i would order from a pure flock and start a breeders colony where when that hatching bug digs in your able to hatch from your own.

Those are gorgeous! I dont have a cab bator just 3 brinsea's but i staggered them through there so that i had a hatch every wk for most of the year. I liked raising them in small batches where they were a little less flighty and it was easier to maintain close supervision on them. I hardly lost any after hatches. Always had something avalible this way too and helped keep sales a little more steady.
Good advice for Kelsey!
And Thank you. I've been breeding them for 10 years.

Stainless steel for all dogs here always.

I wish you still had little faker dogs.
I want another one to keep this bratty faker company.

My great grandmother collected little glass and ceramic shoes and slippers. I have her collection.

Read an article that Corningware cookware is very collectible now. Some rare pattern...low production pieces can be worth $10,000.

Could that be an old school desk bell. Pioneer teachers had the outside bell, but many had one for their desk.

Then you would like the show "American Pickers" History channel.
I have tried looking them up on the computer with no real luck. Nothing ever looks just like them so I just don’t know where else to look. I wish I knew a reputable source that could help me out. Just to appease my curiosity.

How's the demo coming along?
I've been pulling my hair out...not into demo yet.
Hubby is dragging his feet...wants me to go out for lunch every day after BIL goes home. Perhaps it is his way to ease my load by not having to cook. I'm working on taxes and trying to pack up for the move to the rent house.

Today after lunch I got him to go with me to look at tile and flooring options. Discovered that one of the design consultants is the wife of one of our veterinarians. He finally grasped what I want to do with the kitchen and bathrooms. We got some recommendations for local folks for carpentry.
Demo will begin as soon as we move the furniture out.
I'm estimating a six month process for the renovation.

Great idea for the recipe! Or there may even be another good quality food that would work that could be bought. All kinds of freeze dried and powdered stuff now. I’m always amazed at how expensive those prescription foods are when most of them are totally awful ingredients! Always seemed a bit weird to me.

And you used to breed Chihuahuas!? Always amazes me how many people on here bred and/or showed dogs haha

I love Chihuahuas. :love

I think they unfairly get a bad rep.
