If I remember making pickled quail eggs ... it takes 47 Corturnix quail eggs per pint jar.
They do make cute deviled eggs too.

Finished the peeling finally and canned the first 11 pints of eggs. Got 24 eggs to a jar and they were pretty well stuft in there.

I'm going to ask a dumb question.... Are these quail or chicks? I'm assuming quail since there are so many of them? Man that top photo of the dark one that is giving the side eye is just the cutest ever!
