➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

Red was dumped on us when he was a puppy. Ruby was adopted in January and Lily was a puppy found on Craigslist last November to be a companion for Red after Gracie our Australian Shepherd died.
We lucked out on Lily because she was a full breed and was more dog than the lady could handle. It is not often you find a pure bred puppy on Craigslist. A RR breeder friend told us what we had.
Lily was more playful than Red could keep up with so Ruby became the buffer. Ruby was in foster care when we adopted her. She had not been acquainted with farm life at all and has learned quickly.
Rhodesians are prone to try becoming alpha and require a firm pack leader. I am constantly being challenged by both of the girls...keeps me on my toes! They think differently than other breeds. Their problem solving is amazing. The learning curve is quick and they are devoted protectors.

Not all cats are nice. I know. I have many scars from several cats but I still love them.

There is A nice cat that lives a few streets away from me.
When we go bike riding we make it a point to stop and pet it.
He just purrs and rubs up against your leg. Too cute.

I wouldn't mind taking him home but my dogs would throw a fit.
