How many eggs does your bator hold?

I'll have to ask Chicken Rancher what rooster he has. He just lost half his australorp flock to predation including the rooster. Seems like he has a bunch of red sex link hens also. This may work.

Brother's last rooster is a Dom. That may also be an option. Longer travel though.

Are you getting another EE with Tesumph?

I’m not so sure about EE now. Thinking of getting australorps instead, although to be honest when I had them before... they were kinda boring.
Do I want potentially boring or potentially insane.. ah choices.

Personally, I love my chanteclers.
Boring colour (white). Boring egg colour (cream). But they're so calm, and very curious. Always entertaining. I've got a buff chick right now that is so precocious. It's got its broody mommas wrapped around its little wing.

P.s. my silkie finally went broody. Got 6 chantecler eggs under her.

My barred rocks are AWESOME! They're super nice and really entertaining. Mine are sweet, curious but also don't take crap from the rooster teenagers.

Me and #2 looked into about ten eggs from each tray!
I really didn't want to buy any.
I'm still kicking myself for forgetting the dang flashlight at home.
It works so much better than this silly phone light.

I'll just have to wait til next week to try again.
