I was just in the ER and, to explain my injury, my story had to start out with *Well, I was playing with my chickens and fell down in the chicken run*....... the professional NURSE couldn't contain her laughter to save her life..... and then pulled in at least 3 other people to hear the story..... yeah, yuk yuk yuk whatta riot!

Oh yeah! I got something in my eye that caused a sty.... a little antibiotic and a couple of days and I am good as new! Thanks for asking!

We all seem to get tragic eye accidents. DH got a black eye from our kiddo when he was about 9 months old... he was holding him and the kiddo kicked backwards and popped DH in the eye with the back of his head.

Kiddo got a trip to the ER when he was playing with one of our dogs and the dog booped him in the eye with his snout. scratched his eye and he had to wear an eye patch for 48 hours.

Apparently, we are a family who doesn't like vision or something.

Be careful dang it.

Boy am I regretting clicking...regretting because I had to read through the entire thread. I left for an hour and there were like 8 more pages! This thread is hilarious and has me hooked. I am looking forward to ducklings (and puppies) and finding out how this adventure ends. Seriously too funny.

Something like this @KikisGirls
So you plug your lamp into this. You set the low and high temps. When it gets too cold it switches your light on, when it gets too hot, it switches your light off. I saw it on another thread with someone paranoid about a fire in the brooder from a heat lamp. It keeps the light from running continuously.
