➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

I love my Brinsea Ovation 28 EX (the only thing wrong with it is it isn't big enough. I should have sprung for the 56). The only time I have to touch it is to top off the water reservoir or to move eggs in or out of it (I use it as my starter incubator).

They are pricey though.
This is what I will want/need.
I love the sound of not having to do anything!

I am not keeping these ducks if they hatch...they are already spoken for, thank God.

Oops...I have not been following this rule.
It hasn't even crossed my mind to wash my hands! @Wickedchicken6 is going to kill me when she finds this out.

Have you named them yet. :lau
:highfive:
Yes. After my two best friends!

But I am calling them Egg S and Egg W for the experiment.
:hugs
The worker people at the store, all Vietnamese were looking at me funny, I think.
I wonder if they were wondering if I knew what I was buying.
I had no clue. I wish someone at the store would have said something to me.

That's cool but I am doing this for an experiment.

I'll buy a bator for my quail keeping.
I am for sure not ever trying this again.

When did you decide on AND get quail approved? I thought we were doing meat chickens this year? LOL. Crazy Lady and I decided on one species at a time and chickens won. Quail around the corner.

I'm down to 6 CX at 2 weeks.

Think of all the experience you are getting for when your quail hatching starts! You will be a candling expert!

We are watching you!
