Wow, you got a good one! 73 - 75 ÷ 75 x 100 = -2.66 or -3% diff. so you will need to add 3% to whatever the monitor is reading in the ghetto bator.
Ex: monitor reads 46%Rh, add 3 = 49%Rh

So since it is reading 73% it means it's close enough?

I don't mind having numbers "close enough" because a broody is not e

Is there a button/wheel on your hydrometer? Since the humidity in there IS 75 your hydrometer is off by 2 degrees. There should be a device on it so you can take it out and quickly change the reading to 75. Find the button BEFORE you take it out so you can change it quickly.
