➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

We cook almost everything with garlic here, put it in salads and dips, so both raw and cooked. (unless it's something sweet) it has garlic. Our family fights over the garlic from seafood boils.

Locally, we call it Frogmore Stew ... Have befriended some folks from the mountains in New York who didn't get much seafood. We'll definitely be doing a batch before long. I hadn't ever put garlic in, but :drool
 
Moving the chickes around and took some to the brooder in the barn.
Decided to check the water in the duck incubator...the humidy was lower than it should be. Candled 5 random eggs.... 4 were still percolating. So hoping the rest are doing good too.
