Oh no you don't. (Get away with posting it on another thread and not here too) I demand you post the pic of CL's creatures here. These people need a good laugh.
posted on another thread and here for you :) @KikisGirls

Momma Bluebird has already cleaned her nest. They are very tidy. She removes shells and poops. Any dead chicks are also removed when they are tiny.

I am stunned at how clean this pair keeps their nest box!!!! :yesss:

Are they early?
What are you doing inside.
GET OUT THERE are watch them!
I was just out there AGAIN, trying not to hover. lol
Not really early, one egg was laid 19 days ago and the other 17 days. Both hatched today. I don't know why I was surprised, but I was.:D As you say - these are my first!:love

I have heard stories like this. I have also seen my dogs playing with each other and one dog's mouth somehow get caught on the other's collar. Collars come off when we are in the house always for fear of what could happen when I'm not home. Maybe I'm overly paranoid, but the dogs seem to like being naked anyway ;)

With the Borzoi, they shred collars. Nylon or leather. Chew toys that last minutes. Sometimes less. Since their necks are larger than their skulls, if the collars aren't chewed off, they are slipped or pulled off. Like putting a ring on a taper candle. Gravity will hold it until gravity pulls it off.

I trussed up the black one with a chest harness. He sat in the corner. By the time I got red's adjusted and he stood up, the front half was hanging. Had to piece and sew it together before we left. Knuckle head!

Cut a nylon leash in two while I was standing talking to a neighbor. Oops.

Fond memories.
