➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

Good morning - TGIF :wee

Lost one of the bunny beans sometime last night/this morning, I think that's a total of 4 now. Found one at the bottom of the pile this morning. Leaves 6 left with mama. A few looked bigger so I hope she is doing her best taking care of them and maybe it was just too big a litter too soon after the first 5 for her to keep all healthy.

Looking forward to the auction this weekend, :fl for a few more rabbits, hens, couple different ducks, quail eggs, and may consider other eggs depending on the breed.
On Wednesday we will be picking up our emu chick from the friend who incubates for us sometimes. Fiance has had one before (his was actually a parent to this chick) and is super excited. I've never had one but he says I will love it and they're a lot of fun. I do know it's super cute so far! :love

Bunny pics for your Friday morning - first one is mama's first 5 all fuzzy and growing well; 2nd is a bunny bean yesterday afternoon, and 3rd is the bean pile.

May I suggest that you stay far away from the chickens and bringing a chicken home from the auction.
That scares me!

@Toogoodoo do you have specific chickens and ducks you are looking for at auction or do you just go and see what strikes your fancy when you get there? I have never been to an auction, but think it could be a great experience.
A great experience for bringing chicken disease home!
