How does goat taste in comparison to beef or pork?

I have trouble eating it.
Brown the meat....add some stuff...add water and walk away.
Serve with cilantro and onions and corn tortillas y salsa.
I was out of dried ancho peppers so I only used the guajillo ones. I hope no one notices. It is not the right color.

I'll check it in an hour and if it's not right I'ma have to run to go get the right peppers to fix it.

It's a bit gamey. But not as gamey as lamb or venison. Closer to beef then to pork in texture.

I'm not sure. I thought so but this egg is so darn weird.
