Yes! I took those pictures in an emergency room, back with the Mini foo foo-ed up his arm.You cannot wipe butts with that stuff!! You should use gloves when using that stuff, it does work really well though. I have only seen it in the hospital. Let us know if you find it somewhere please.
What color is your jeep?Oh.....chicken talk, hatching , and now home decor...be still my wittle heart...avid crafter and painter of many things...I did a similar effect on my China hutch, you paint, let dry than sand. I did a lot less than the look you want, your base than shows thru. Basicly on edges and where normal ware would occur. I did not seal mine but I have done that on other pieces with wax. Also if you hit the chalk paint with a heat gun when wet it will create bubbles that when sanded will show more under wood coloring and give your piece a more aged look.View attachment 1472403 View attachment 1472404
The Mini is very good with a bow and arrow too.I just skipped a couple hundred pages because I didn't read on vacation and you guys carried on (and on).
I'm sure I missed some amazing chat but hey, I now know that I have a couple of young Robin Hood's here! First time picking up a bow and they nailed it immediately. (Reference to Robin rather than Katniss for Kiki's benefit...)
You reminded me of another great show.I'm still behind. But have to go clean the hen house...our last "cool" day at 99 degrees before the week of 100s hits.
BBL
Great book suggestions!
I love the old mysteries by Helen MacInnes and the BONES series. Also the books by Jean Auel. I have every one of the series by Kathleen O'Neal and W. Michael Gear on Pre-Columbian North America.
One of my favorite series! LOST had some good new stars too.
Takes me an hour to weed wack the yard and garden with the walk behind push weeder and then an hour and a half to mow on the riding mower. Can't imagine trying to use a push mower !!
Deer meat makes great jerky, stew, steaks, fajitas, roast.
It all depends on how the deer is cleaned and butchered and prepared. Must remove the scent glands or the meat tastes rank.
Same for lamb...for those who thought it tasted too wild...probably wasn't butchered correctly.
and someone needs to tan the hides and we make a mink stole and have a drawing!
Sounds like a snake or possum.
What temperature were the eggs being held at when you bought them?I really thought these last 3 eggs were not alive when I bought them.
I was 95% sure they were already dead.
I was very surprised when I started to see movement.
This made me think that I may have not given the other eggs enough time to "come back to life."
I love her eyes! You reminded me of another great show.
Bones.
I loved her!
Room temp. What temperature were the eggs being held at when you bought them?
I know that during the first week of incubation, eggs can be chilled down to below physiological zero and start growing again when incubation temperature is resumed but I can't imagine an egg at balut stage being viable very long.
