I never saw it new so we have our DVR set to record 5 episodes. Some i've seen and just delete but some I haven't seen or it has been a long time and I can't remember whodunnit so I may re-watch. It is weird when the recordings jump from season 2 or 3 to one of the later seasons. LOL

You are thinking of the movie " the Lovely Bones" very dark, but good movie.

I still think you are thinking of the movie "The Lovely Bones", could be wrong. But it sounds like the movie plot.
