➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

Oh no! My youngest wanted color too but when I convinced her to do this instead bc I was afraid the color wouldn't be out in time for school.
He wanted it done all year long but I kept saying "I'll do it in the summer time."
I was hoping he would forget.
The day after school got out he reminded me.
I hope his color is GONE by the time school starts.

@KikisGirls see the little bead looking things in this pic? This is what they used. Also all the kits for sale on line sell needle nose pliers to clamp the bead but that's not what my salon used. I'm sure they would work tho.

Absolutely.
The Mini convinced me to color his hair at the beginning of summer.
I knew I shouldn't have done it when I did it.
It isn't growing out quick enough.
HAH. That is too cute.
They’ve got some pretty good semi permanent dyes on the market now, btw. Color lasts for 3-10 or so washes.
I’ve never personally done them but it’s a great alternative between permanent dye and that crappy hairspray everyone tried as a kid.
We are so excited, thank you! And the extensions are attached by a thick hard ring. You run a small chunk of hair through it then insert the ends of the feathers. Once you have them situated how you want, you clamp the ring down tight with a little tool. Very simple. They will eventually come out on their own or I can just have them removed when I get ready, but they can be washed & styled like your hair bc they are real feathers.
That sounds neat! My hair is feeling extremely boring these days but I’m not sure what to do with it.
If I come home with a feather head I’m telling the Ginger it was the chicken people’s fault. :D

What color did you do? Might have to shave his head.
I bleached the top then made it some kind of blue green color.
It now looks yellowish green. :sick
He does need a hair cut...I am hoping most of it gets cut off.

Oh you guys went serious! @Tesumph is right about the semipermanent color that's out but last year my sis put blue semipermanent in my niece's hair and it took much longer than it was supposed to to come out. I took a pic of DD2 clamp to show.
