Absolutely. A good boot up the ass never hurt nobody!

I used to go to a camp in Loveland. Not sure exactly where the hike was, but it was a beautiful trail.

Well, it’s hard to show the swelling in a photo for some reason.. it’s more painful now but I don’t think the redness has spread, just the swelling.

Not enough humidity here (15%) or else I’d try it. One of our hens has been laying funky eggs because of the heat so I have some.

I took Benadryl and iced it earlier today.. it’s not feeling great though. Gonna start shopping for cool peg legs.
