I'm still scratching at phantom bugs! It doesn't help that I'm a little bug-a-phobic. (not all bugs, just the really creepy ones.) I homeschool 3 kids strictly based on my fear of lice.

Nice!!!!!! Do you have to do anything different when canning tomatoes because of the acid, or is that a myth I read somewhere?

For our famil3its not phantoms. I'm my daughters main caregiver since she was tick bit.

I'm fake cooking something today only because it was a woohoo and I'm not quite following the directions correctly...boy I hope it isn't nasty. I'm browning some chicken legs to throw in too. I've never in my life bought a can of French onion soup before today.

and I have 3 ripe tomatoes (lots of greens) 2 peppers and no flowers on the 12 sad looking pepper plants.. I think they have something, curled leaves and not growing

I do too, but I'm glad you went in! I had a spider bite once that swelled up half of my hand & was turning all kinds of creepy colors. I had to get a tetanus shot. I hope you feel better soon!

I tried to read back about 200 posts, but you guys are totally creeping me out with the mites, ticks, bott flies & that poor dog...

I hope so too I’m pretty sick right now and may have to go to ER if I get worse. After talking to a couple smart people the consensus is black widow bite. Browsing byc makes everything better though

This lady that I work with gets horrible pains in her stomach and side. Then she gets this feeling like there's something crawling around inside of her. She's been to numerous doctors over the past year. Finally, just a couple of weeks ago, they figured out that it's actually nerve damage caused by shingles.

ETA I'm so glad that I got the vaccine last month
