How strange... Like they don't cross the road?? Does the grass on the west side look greener? Heh.
Elk is definitely my read meat of choice. I love dry curing it or marinating it in some homemade Teriyaki for Yakisoba or shallow fried up for coconut fried rice! Sliced super thin and tossed in the pan with some Pajeon - YUM.
Pajeon?

Is this right?
Green onion pancake..

Are you Asian?

Nope - I be a white girl. Scotch Irish. I just love Asian food more than any other. Mainly Korean and Vietnamese dishes. I am not a huge Sushi fan because I hate seaweed wrap and raw salmon. Gross. Love the eel though!
I'm not too good at cooking Asain foods. I've made pho a few times.

Get yourself one of those counter top woks and you will quickly become a master! I got one and I use it like three times a week! I love some of the crazy-long-ass-time-to-make traditional pork belly recipes as well but that takes some planning.

I have a regular wok...what's a counter top one? Like an electric one?
