➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

Huh. I didn't know I could give her honey.
Maybe I will add honey to the slurry and put some in a bottlecap to see if she will eat it on her own.
She seems to have at least some interest in whatever is in a red coke cap.
Yes, that would work! Honey is great to use for energy boosting needs. :) We use it from chicks to horses because of the natural sugars as opposed to sugar cane sugar.

Awesome, thank you so much! :)
My family and I think she may pull through because as long as she is fed she seems to be pretty lively.

Do you know the ratio, recipe, or general ingredients of a slurry?
I'm thinking chick feed, water, honey and *maybe* NutriDrench.

It sounds good to me! I would go ahead and add the nutridrench to that also. It won’t hurt her to get more in.
Ratio wise I’m not sure, I would make it a little more liquidity, so maybe more water, so it’s easier for her to get down and into her system. If you decide to syringe it, then definitely make the mixture more wet so it’s easier to get into her beak.

Thank you :)
I will try this when I get home.

Well I have not spoke of my surgery, after a 14year maintain of 150lb weight loss I went in to have the girls reinflated..so far very happy, not dolly Parton size, I look the same as I did with padded pushup bras, but now naruralish
150lbs! And you kept it off! :bow:bow:bowwow. That is incredible.
I definitely understand why you did the surgery. Good for you!

Wow! Is that the basement down below?

I'm dying to know...did you go house shopping to look for a house to buy knowing you were going to move it?
Yup. Most of the crew was down in the basement when it was being pulled.

I had no idea what I was going to do for a permanent house. My friend saw the house posted on Facebook (literally minutes after it was posted) and called the lady right away. Went to look at it a couple of hours later and said I'd buy it. That was in March... headache after headache since then, and I'm sure there will be a lot more, but I'm still excited.
