If you accidentally knock out too much, just knock out the whole wall, build a quick cabinet box, slap on a cheap pretty piece of granite and you've got an island!

If you calculate what it would cost to buy all of the ingredients for the meals, then the fact that each meal is about 8 bucks a person, it's so worth it! I get to cook lots of things I'd typically never make and nothing gets wasted/ goes bad in my fridge because ingredients are all pre- measured. Kiki is suppose to try it and report back to verify that i'm NOT crazy, but I think she's afraid she'll like it.

I still haven't done it.
I'll look at it again today.

That is the only thing I want to get done today.
That and come up with some more ideas for the new crib.
