Just make sure that the eggs are actually tilting. Cardboard cartons might sag in the middle so then half the eggs are just sitting flat on the floor of the incubator. You could also get a small piece of pvc and glue it longways along the bottom of the carton and rotate it side to side that way. Ideal tilt I believe is 45 degrees.

I don't usually use more than one medication in the water at a time. Not because they interact with each other, but I'm afraid that the birds are less likely to drink if it tastes funny.
