I thought I was going to die a few times this morning. The cold bathroom floor was feeling pretty good.

Oh bless you my child! I haven't felt that bad in a long time! You must've really thrown down last night! Tea and honey for sure and plenty of water. I'm skipping my Friday night routine too bc my allergy junk has me taking a good bit of meds and I don't care to drink and take meds at the same time. On a good note I actually do feel better today so I'm thinking elderberry syrup may be helping. I know you don't want bread but I bet it will help if your tummy is messed up.Hope you feel better soon sweets. Hangovers are for the birds!

Sweet Saab I think it is that. I have some big sheets of it and have no clue where they came from. I'm thinking about using it to make a run for my quailies. I need to figure out how one cuts this stuff though.

You can cut it with any of the tools @Tesumph listed. Other ways to cut it are using tin snips, a hack saw, or my favorite method is to put a plywood blade on backwards on a circular saw. Of course when you are done, the plywood blade will not be good for cutting wood.

Yeah, this is where I am having a hard time communicating.
I agree that the amount needed for a 5-pound bird is 2.25 mg, but if 1 ml of Safeguard = 100 mg of medication the 0.00225 number doesn't work.

Ok, I think I figured it out. You have to include the concentration/density in the calculation. The people who were dividing by 1000 aren't including that portion, so they are doing the calculation wrong. Found this website:

Facts: 5 pound bird. Concentration of meds: 1 ml solution/100 mg fenbendazole

So, we have 5 pounds x 0.45 mg/pound = 2.25 mg
then we multiply the 2.25 mg by 1 ml/100mg (the concentration), which is the same as dividing by 100. So the result is 0.0225 ml to give the 5 pound bird.
