Mostly shadowy, with some strong light sources coming from the antique-ish windows located at various intervals up the tower. Lots of musty books lying around, some rifles in various states of disassembly, knives, and a violin. Possibly skulls.

Ooo. Sounds positively charming!
I feel like there’s an entire story waiting to be written on this drawing. That’d make a really neat book cover.

Yes, I don't do anything complicated in other mediums. That way I can dazzle everyone with cool shading so they hopefully overlook the horrid design flaws.

I did a project last year where I illustrated the first few lines of one of my favourite songs. From the response I got from those I showed it to, I gather I interpreted the lyrics quite differently from them.. It was a fun experiment. I could keep going with it, too, if I had the motivation...

No, you can't see it, because they're burn-worthy. I just happen to like them in a "They're hideous. I love them!" sort of way.
