It's too bad that something so cute, can cause such trouble. I saw a program where they talked about how a few were brought to Japan as "pets" a couple of decades ago because they were so darned cute. That can happen with any non native species introduced into an environment that doesn't have the predators to control them. But yes they are smart little guys. I do understand the need to eliminate them I just hate those traps for the sake of the animal.It's too bad that something so cute, can cause such trouble. They are incredibly smart and resourceful animals. Just stay away from my chickens.
