Yoga in a sauna, right? Or equivalent. Heat the room up really hot. Designed to make you sweat a ton and lose weight.

I think I would pass out or get sick though. I feel sick just being in a hot room a few minutes lol

Okay weird question: just had two slices of pizza and a salad (small salad but still). Am now wanting cottage cheese and celery sticks with peanut butter and grapes on them. Do I eat that or do I say NO! You just had dinner! Lol at least it's a healthy snack? I don't want any of the other junk in the cabinet. But I still feel hungry. But I feel like I shouldn't be. Gah idk.

My rule of thumb is if I’m still hungry after a meal I get more veggies or fruits or lean protein.
But more often than not I’m bored or emotional, in which case picking up something to work on or exercise is the answer.

I have! It was so gross. Never again. The dude leading the class had a weird rash all over his body. The floor was that super flat cheap carpet because everyone got so sweaty that it was like a liability to have anything slippery (HAH!) Of course, because of the carpet, it felt like there was hair everywhere. Thanks, Michelle! Now I'm having hot yoga ptsd!

Funny, that's exactly the commercial they are using around here to promote the .50 Frosty..."dip your fries into it!". I heard that on the way home and was horrified!

Since I discovered no-knead breads, I make all my own bread. So easy, so good.

Since I got a Kitchenaid, I gave away the bread machine. Same recipe, so much better. No idea why. Pizza dough, too!

Let the itty bitties out to run around the yard. Momma watched one and I watched the other. Put them back in the tractor. Those girls are mean. 1 week old and still tiny.
