➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

Does anyone know how to remove a wing band? One of our new chicks was banded to show it was sexed a pullet but upon further inspection the band is in the wing. I tried to cut the top part off with tin snippers and that didn’t work. It didn’t like me trying to get it out.

Who eats cheese curds with GRAVY?! :sick
Here in Wisco we always eat them plain, as fresh as possible; when they still squeak.
Either that or we eat them in the way of our state specialty; deep fried in beer batter. Served with ranch. Always. :drool
Ranch :sick:sick:sick

I don't even know what a cheese curd is...it sounds gross.
It sounds like a stinking cheese to me.
It doesn't look like it though...hm.

No no stinky. Ew! Is often a little nub of yellow cheddar cheese or white cheddar cheese, I'm sure can come in different kinds. Those 2 are what I am familiar with.

Wiki says "Cheese curds are the moist pieces of curdled milk either eaten alone as a snack, or used for other things."

That sounds gross but are y'all calling fried cheese cheese curds?

View attachment 1529010 It's been a while since cotton the frog dog has made an appearance so...why not? She's posing so pretty! Really she was sleeping and I woke her up taking a pic. But would ya just at that beautiful face!:lau

It's just cheese. Who doesn't like cheese? Nom nom nom! lol And thank you! Me too. *whew!*
Can they call them cheese balls instead of curds then.
That curds word is making me gag.
