Sounds like a fascinating breed with a long, long history! Are they terribly pricey?I'm going to look @ some pups hopefully in the next few days

If it wasn't crooked before I think it is probably caused by lack of vitamins. Try adding some to the water, see if the neck goes back to normal. So one of my chicks looks like it’s has a kinked neck today. I haven’t noticed this before now.
It’s about 3 weeks old.

Ok I’ll get some tomorrow when I’m out. I’ll give them some hard boiled egg for the time being. If it wasn't crooked before I think it is probably caused by lack of vitamins. Try adding some to the water, see if the neck goes back to normal.
I never have had a quail with wry neck...only pheasants. I have tried every remedy known and a few "witch doctor" remedies, too! Nothing worked for my pheasants. Let us know if you find something that works! If it wasn't crooked before I think it is probably caused by lack of vitamins. Try adding some to the water, see if the neck goes back to normal.
Lol! True that.I think Canada gets more snow than we do here in California...
$5.30 A GALLONA gallon of milk is about $5. Bread ranges in price but an average is about $3.50. Eggs? I'm not sure because I haven't had to buy any in the past year... but I think large average about $3.50/doz.
Gas right now is around $5.30/gal.
