You can but there is a good chance that the first eggs will be infertile. There is no reason to put eggs in an incubator on a daily basis. Collecting them for 7 days and storing them in a cool place (preferably turning them at least 3 times daily) will not decrease their viability. Of course there are also the issues that @Sara L has pointed out.

This is so exciting. I can't explain it.
I hatched the quailies and finally today we are going to eat them AND today I get my first eggs. I swear I think I'm going to cry.
