So cool... plus you got to eat them today! Did you sob while you were stuffing your mouth full of quail? You should get crazy with it and make some sort of quail dish that is also garnished with a tiny quail egg for that double quail goodness.

I thought I was going to cry a few times today but never did.

I think I am going to boil these three tomorrow and peel them for fake deviled eggs.

I'm thinking a fancy salad topped with a tasty quail meat and boiled quail eggs! Deviled sound awesome too. You must show us the end product of a deviled quail egg. Then see how many you can fit in your mouth all at once.
Plus, think of Easter!!!

Well, quail are good but now you have to raise pheasants....their way more tasty!

Only ring necked pheasants...wouldn't do that with some of the $400/pair, ones I have plain old ring necked's are delicious, especially when served with mushroom gravy. or pheasant & dumplings.
