I learned to drive in a stick shift car in Chicago in the winter in the snow. I laugh down here when everything in the city shuts down for a 1/4" of snow.

The problem is in the DFW metromess we don't get snow very often. We get freezing rain. I don't care who you are you can't drive on ice! I"m actually hoping for some snow this year.
