Btw I think water lady is crazy lol I have heard of clear liquid fasts/cleanses (basically like vegetable broth or chicken broth, water, soda, etc.) or just water fasts for like 1-2 days, maybe 3 at most, and smoothie cleanses but at least those have nutrients or a day or two isn't so bad but 7 days!? 10 days!? Wouldn't you die!? And I would never leave my family to starve myself... tf? And how tall is she? She sounds possibly underweight. I know sometimes religious people also do fasts and I think it's Jewish that has that no food sun up to sun down thing? But at least they get to eat at night with that. The water or clear liquid cleanses I've read have been like to clear out your digestion system, get rid of all toxins/detox or whatever, and kind of give your digestion system a break, they say it's good to do the occasional one or two day water fast to give your digestive system a break, and I've thought about doing one before starting something else (one I read was part of it, the first day or two) but only for a day or maybe two, not sure I could do two, but not more than that. I think a whole week I would literally die. I get weak from not eating a few hours
