Would be just my luck that I came home to finding an egg eater. It’s not even one of the hens that doesn’t get to eat either, it’s one who shoves everyone out of the way TO eat. So frustrating. The best part is she specifically picked out the egg that wasn’t a fake in a box with two fakes in it!

I've never had luck retraining an egg eater. Just sold or ate them. I hope you can get her to behave.

She just recently started it, I’m guessing from boredom because they’re locked in all day, since they get plenty of protein and have oyster shells at all times. I may have to put her in a kennel so she doesn’t continue this. I wish we could use the roll away boxes but it’s just not feasible right now.

I took the mini to school a little late this morning because he wanted to go with me to drop him off.
I can't wait to go pick my cone head up.
It's going to be a nightmare next few days. I'm already dreading them.

They get a 20% protein already since we do all flock, and high protein treats like mealworms. She’s a fat Brahma hen.
