I almost quit halfway through though once the burn really started to hit and I didn’t think I could do it lol probably was maybe a little advanced for my current fitness level, at least that number of them and how fast she went, but I didn’t want to quit so I did it anyway lol even though I already worked out earlier today and yesterday and have been doing a ton of leg stuff lately lol thinking tomorrow I rest lol
Cause earlier today I did like 4 or 5 crunches (the thing where you only pick your shoulders up a few inches off the ground) but that wasn’t very challenging so then I did 25 sit ups lol and 4 lunges (2 on each side) and 5 push ups and 5 squats and literally like 45 jumping jacks lol
Also some of the squats from the vid I did wrong and redid so I did over 100 cause I did some extra by accident lol plus the 5 from earlier
So I’m probably going to be in pain later lol
