It’s always fun when I have a fun SI session planned with everything ready and then no one shows up. So now I have to sit here for an hour waiting for someone to show up.

Guess I’ll use this time for homework that isn’t due for a while.

I got my first Legbar egg today It’s a nice pretty blue! I also got a brown egg from I think our New Hampshire pullet but I can’t tell which one it is from the others.

ummm I spend about $20 a week on groceries
so I have money to spend on chickens stuff and other things that are important to me

Yeah, they definitely do that. I tried putting packing tape upside down on the counters to make sticky traps, but Penny now thinks that's a game and she can undo the traps without getting stuck. We can't leave any food out on the counters or they will get it. Can't leave any liquid filled glasses out anywhere or Penny will knock them over. She's broken at least 3 glasses within the last year.

It’s in their way...even if they are all the way across the table from said thing. It might get in their way.

The weather here is so crazy! 2 verified tornadoes yesterday with the storms that came through. Was to the south of where I live so we're fine. Today is warm again (72 degrees) with a MASSIVE cold front coming through. Definitely getting rain again because of it which is just what we need more of (NOT!). And tomorrow is going to be 36 degree difference for a high (36 degree). Is supposed to feel colder with the wind chill. I'm going to bundle up and hide in my home tomorrow. The pressure swings are wreaking havoc on my sinuses. Someone needs to give Mother Nature her hormone pills, prozac or a valium or something!
