I am making tortilla soup for dinner. It's a package mix thing but I tweak it and make it my own. We like it around here.

Chicken breasts...I brown them on both sides while I'm cutting up bell pepper, onion and garlic.
I take the chicken out to slice and throw the bell pepper, onion and garlic in.
Today I used a can of mushrooms instead of fresh.
Add chicken back along with two cans of stewed tomatoes.
Simmer while you cook linguine noodles.
Easy peasy.
I use garlic powder, pepper, salt and crushed red pepper flakes.

I like it spicy so I add extra crushed red peppers to my bowl.
It's good if you have a stuffy nose...it helps you be able to breath.
Gosh I'm freezing today.
I snacked on this with a handful of pita chips earlier.

My quail egg foamies came in the mail today!!!!
Kiki is gonna supply all the people with eggs.
Only 6 people for now. I only got 6 foamies.
It is food like this that makes me wish I wasn't such a picky eater. I have a thing with texture and some foods texture... I just can't do it. I will gag. It looks so comforting and like it would be yummy, but I just can't do it. I can't force myself.

Sorry to hear, those suck. I will say when I cut out carbs my joint pain went way down and so did my migraines. I'm back on carbs but way better than I used to be. It is amazing what eating better and yoga can do to make you feel good!I have a migraine![]()
