Diet is powerful.

Well I didn’t really purposely exercise but I am dog sitting this weekend sooo lol

And I did go on a long walk with one of them but it didnt record for some reason maybe I stopped too much lol idk

Have another migraine tonight but so far is not too bad but my eyes are also really dry (tried putting drops in them, didn’t help much) and my chest is kind of tight/hurts. I think I have just been doing too much. Ran around yesterday and today. Normally do nothing really. I go from 0 to 100 haha and it is cold and I was out running and playing and whatever for hours. I think I will go to bed early tonight and then possibly go to the doctor if it’s not better tomorrow. I think I am just exhausted. I am not used to getting up so early (normally it’s like 10 or 11 for me, not 7) and doing so much. Especially in the cold. Also yesterday went from like high 40s low 50s during the day to like 30s last night so that probably didn’t help.
