I would think they can affect your ears as well. Is probably why I get some occasional soreness as well. Hmm. Anyway, I will sometimes even get gum swelling, usually just on my right side, if I am having sinus trouble. It's crazy. But back to the migraines. I hope you can get some definitive answers. Getting on an allergy medication, one of the 24hr OTC ones may help. Down here, the pollen from the trees have been making me aware of allergies that I didn't even know I had. I've been having reactions in ways that is not normal for me. Go figure that one! It's been awful here lately. I hope it is something simple like that for you.

Thank you both. That could possibly be. Idk. I don’t think I had allergies, or at least never did before, but I’ve had sinus problems and the ear thing off and on since like that fall, like September or October and I never did anything cause it was so off and on ha but it’s been like a while now and is very annoying.

the majority of my sinus and ear problems cleared up when I quit eating cows milk products.
if i eat something with it in it i waked up congested

Thanks, I’ll have to try that. I actually read something not too long ago that said that people who cut out dairy products for like a month or something some totally fixed their sinus issues, even people with chronic issues, and I meant to cut out dairy and try it but I love dairy products :hit but I do seem to be more congested even immediately after I eat it. But it is good to hear a real story from a real person rather than just some article.
 
So far only six ducklings out of 29 have hatched...some were doubtful and some were hopefuls. One is really weak. Will leave the other eggs in and candle again this afternoon when I remove the duckies to their brooder.

We had severe thunderstorms just before and during lockdown. MIL used to say loud thunderstorms could affect hatch...may not be an old wive's tale after all.
