Oink! I'll bet that is delicious.
When I was a little kid, a farmer down the road had a huge 4th of July party every year. Her name was Betty. One year, they dug a huge pit and did the whole pig thing. It took forever and it was around midnight when we ate, but I remember getting a piece of the cheek. I will never forget that tiny piece of meat. It was the best thing I'd ever tasted.
