My mom and I went driving around and walked all through this HUGE outdoor garden center so that was nice and got our walk of the day in lol but then unfortunately I did get ice cream at this place by my house but it was my idea too so not entirely her but I love ice cream and I figured a real one from a real place while we are out together would be okay or at least better than eating a pint solo lol I even tried to be good and get a small but even the small was huge!! Like 2 scoops. I should have gotten kiddie but worried it would be too small. I think the sizes correlate to scoops. Although that said the soft serve was huge too cause my mom got a kiddie and it was way more than a kid should eat lol although I didn’t personally think it was HUGE like some of their portions but still huge for a kid. And my mom since she got a napkin and wiped the top half or 3/4s off the cone LOL but anyway, I usually get a bigger one but my size was plenty. Though really I probably should not be eating it at all. Not just the sugar thing but I really do think whoever mentioned the dairy and sinus thing is on to something cause I do get way more stuffed up whenever I eat it. Also not to be tmi but we went in a store after and idk if it is all the vegetables I have been eating lately or the ice cream or all the walking or what but after we were in there a while I did all of a sudden feel like a sudden urge to go/almost pain or weird thing like I had to go immediately but I did manage to wait till we checked out and everything and manage to make it out of the store and home (though the store is literally only like 2 minutes down the street but still) but I did go like right away when a I got inside. I realize that should not be shared on a public forum (sorry 
) but my point with the way TMI is that I think it’s related to the ice cream so I wanted to give another reason why I should probably avoid it. I think I am a little allergic to it or developing a little lactose intolerance or something. Although that said, it doesn’t happen with all ice cream and I can down pints of Ben & Jerrys perfectly fine so maybe it is only ice cream from ice cream shops or something cause it happened once with a Dairy Queen blizzard too. But anyway, all the grossness and TMI aside, between the huge amounts of sugar in ice cream, the dairy sinus relation, and me possibly being allergic or intolerant to some ice cream/dairy, as well as the fact that I am trying to lose weight and how fattening ice cream is, I should probably just avoid it all together. But ice cream is my favorite thing ever and I think will probably be the hardest to give up.
