It’s not fast food!! Haha it’s pretty healthy. Sandwiches and salads and such and they make it there/actual ingredients, not like McDonald’s or something lol

Ergo it's fast food.

Cook something. No pasta, wheat or high carbs. A nice eggplant casserole. Zucchini bake. Black-eyed peas. Soup. Not stew or bisque.

Ehhh idk. I’d consider fast food more like McDonalds, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Burger King, etc. etc., that stuff is so bad for you and I don’t eat at those ones anymore. Panera is healthier, or at least it seems healthier, and I don’t feel like crap and all bogged down or whatever after eating there haha and it’s way better than any lunch meat/deli meat or PB & J sandwich I would make at home otherwise.

That stuff all sounds nice enough but a lot of time and effort and idk if I’d like any of it. Usually I wake up and then am up for hours and starving by the time I go off so I don’t usually have time to wait to make something. Besides, I’ve been walking a ton lately and burning it off LOL it’s also usually the only thing I eat all day lately.

Okay wow that is HIGH.. I did not realize that... :oops:

I hate that bread though so I usually always swap it out and get it on the Tomato Basil bread but I doubt that changes it much. Curious if it does though.

Also I usually rotate between the tuna, the Napa Almond Chicken Salad, the Steak & Arugula, or sometimes the Roasted Turkey, Apple, and White Cheddar sandwiches. Always the whole one. Are the stats any better on those? I am going to need to look this up.

No they are no better.
Fast food is not healthy...no matter which salad bar place you go to.
Stop eating it daily or you will die.

you should check out one of these meal delivery companies. You can find some wholesome good meals. But you gonna have to COOK

I bet you'll like it. Sure some recipes are kinda weird but there's some good stuff out there and you can try different things and you only get what you need for the meal so you won't have 7/8 of a pound of something that will go bad cause you wanted to try something that calls for 1/8 pound of it
