Poison ivy can be found in many areas along the Beaver Pond Nature Trail at Bighorn Canyon
Could be, that is one of the places that I haven't been. It was probably brought in by them foreigners from up north since it is on the northern border of the state.

Most of the state being classified as high mountain desert would make it an inhospitable environment for it to grow in.

My garden was destroyed by hail the other day but it is still producing. I stopped by and the unauthorized incubator in the garden was talking quietly. I looked closer and could see an empty egg shell. Then I saw a poult in front of her. As she lifted up a little, I could see another poult just under her feathers. Then I was able to see a whole lot of little legs going every which way.

Mama got off the nest to reveal 8 new poults and one half shelled egg that was nearly done zipping.

I collected the 8 to move them to the brooder.

Unauthorized incubator #3.

The egg that was partially zipped had a moving beak sticking out. It was partially shrink wrapped but alive. I popped the top of the egg off and removed the shrink wrap. I then put it under unauthorized incubator number one.
Your term "unauthorized incubator" makes me laugh.

Does heat really kill the hot? Had no idea. May need to start cooking with some hot peppers then haha been afraid to use them.
kills, no. dampens, yes. i'm not the right person to ask. fried my taste buds a long time ago. apparently, my heat receptors are on the upper end of most everyone else. I'll eat pickled jalapenos like potato chips with sandwiches. I've been assured they are hot.

Chinese mustard and horseradish still clean my clock. Great cure for stuffiness from head colds. I recommend it.
