A lady I used to work with always said that black squirrels tasted like Cypress balls. Now I'm sure she'd gotten ahold to some black ones that had been eating pine needles. We have tons of squirrels here, even the shermans or masked fox squirrel in some parts of Mississippi. They are really pretty to me, and they're huge.

Yes it is but I've been sick with an awful cold/sinus/allergy crud all week and have done nothing but take meds and sleep for three days. So no drinks for me this Friday. I usually stay pretty sick this time of the year.

Thanks, Turk! Somebody has got to get on here and cut up once in a while. I've got some of these TRULY hard seltzer things in the fridge and I may crack one open if I feel ok after the girls are in bed, but no wine or mixed drink tonight. I don't think my stomach could take wine or anything heavy and the constant cold and allergy meds I'm taking. I've been wanting to try those hard seltzers though and bought a variety pack last week. They've just been sitting there, so tonight I may just pick a flavor and see what it's all about.

I've got some of these TRULY hard seltzer things in the fridge and I may crack one open if I feel ok after the girls are in bed, but no wine or mixed drink tonight.
