You feel bad because of what you eat regularly.
I guarantee if you told a real food doctor type person what you ate they would tell you to change immediately.
Probably but at least nachos is real meat and food and better than a Fritos pie haha
And definitely better than the carp I’ve been eating all week. Except the peppers and spinach yesterday and maybe eggs a day or two it’s literally been toast with peanut butter and jelly on it. Today it was an English muffin but same stuff on it. And the vitamin drink stuff but nothing else and I also slept in and hardly drank water and sat around a ton until I came to the store an hour ago or whenever and therefore feel like total carp today. Making the dessert turducken is probably NOT what I need today... I should probably return it.
